Customer Services / Sales Order Administration 


  • To effectively manage and accurately administer the Sales Order Processing function in line with the Sales Order Process
  • To provide the required level of Customer Service through timely and effective communication
  • To effectively manage Project Orders



  • Input of sales / project orders into Epicor, received via telephone/e-mail, liaising with internal and external sales teams in order to manage customer expectations 
  • Manage sales/project orders, ensuring accurate and up to date phasing in order to manage customer expectations and to facilitate an accurate monthly sales pipeline
  • Resolve sales/project order queries including all delivery related queries so as the customer is kept up to date at all times
  • Maintain effective and timely lines of communication with Transport & Scheduling departments to ensure the efficient processing, manufacture and delivery of customer orders to ensure we meet the acknowledged delivery date
  • Effectively manage order amendments in line with company policy
  • Carry out general administration duties as required including filing
  • Adopt a tidy desk policy throughout the department to facilitate the timely location of paperwork at all times


  • To provide cross-functional support with internal sales with standard quotations as required due to unforeseen absence and periods of heavy
  • A collaborative working approach must be adopted at all times

Additional duties

  • Operating the switchboard in line with the Eurobond telephone etiquette guidelines
  • Greeting visitors into the business and maintaining the visitor
  • Co-coordinating the incoming and outgoing post, this requirement is generally an early morning (incoming) and late afternoon (outgoing)
  • Booking hotels and flights for directors
