Eurobond, the UK's leading designer and manufacturer of non-combustible cored composite panels, has made three appointments to its existing team of directors to focus and improve marketing strategy and operations.
Darren Stewart has been appointed as Board Director. Darren has worked for Eurobond for over twenty years and most recently returned from a secondment in Australia, where he held the position of Sales Director for Eurobond Pacific Pty Limited.
As Commercial Director, Darren will now concentrate his efforts in the areas of Business Development and Marketing for the UK operation.
"My objective is to continue to grow the Eurobond business by commercialising current product opportunities and developing future business strategies,” explained Darren.
Joining Darren on the board of directors will be Steve Swales who has taken on the role of Sales Director. Steve has predominately worked within the cladding and insulation industry, as well as Technical and Business Development Manager for Rockwool, one of Eurobond's main suppliers. Now heading up the sales team, Steve's aim will be to increase sales in order to help grow Eurobond's market share.
With the intention to increase sales and operations running through Cardiff, the role of Operations Director has been appointed to Dilwyn Gurney. Dilwyn brings with him a wealth of experience from the metal pressing industry, as he was previously managing director at Corus Europressings.
"My new role will oversee the manufacturing facility at Eurobond’s state of the art factory in Cardiff and I shall be responsible for engineering quality, supply chain and environmental management."
The expansion of the senior marketing, sales and operation team reinforces Eurobond's objective to provide high quality composite cladding panels and excellent customer service.
