Green Dragon is an Environmental Management Standard made up of five steps: 

• Level 1 – Commitment to Environmental Management
• Level 2 – Understanding Environmental Responsibilities
• Level 3 – Managing Environmental Impacts
• Level 4 – Environmental Management Programme
• Level 5 – Continual Environmental Improvement

Organisations can progress through each of the steps until they reach level 5 or can remain at a level which is appropriate to their business. It is a standard by which organisations can gain recognition for effective environmental management, at a pace to suit that organisation.

Eurobond has achieved Level 3 of the Green Dragon Award and this demonstrates our commitment to Environmental Management. The business decided to proceed down the Green dragon routing due to the staged approach and the support which is provided by Arena Network. The next stage in the programme is Green Dragon Level 5 and then ISO14001.
