The Europanel® system has been developed as a ‘total external wall’ solution, with ‘built in’ passive fire resistance, and is cleverly designed to be integrated with glazing, doors and louvre components. Modular flexibility in 50mm increments between 300mm and 1200mm provides greater freedom for architectural expression and is unique to Eurobond’s flagship product.

Standard horizontal 5mm shadow line joints can be expressed with the addition of a premier gasket to create 12mm joint, creating the impression of a wider uniform frame around individual panels, and all can be finished with an external Satin Line (Micro rib) or Flat profile.

In addition, all Europanel® systems can achieve a structural integrity with spans in excess of 6 metres, substantially reducing the need for secondary steelwork. This allows for rapid construction and the early commencement of internal works, greatly reducing building costs and complexity. All Eurobond panels are manufactured to create a weather tight system, helping to increase the thermal performance of a building in line with Building Energy Performance Directive 2003.

The Europanel system is available is a variety of styles:

Europanel Lite®, can provide up to 90 minutes fire performance, both integrity and insulation, without the need for additional joint stitching. Available in Satin Line (Micro Rib) profile finish only, this system is manufactured from a lower density stone wool core, offering increased thermal performance.

Europanel Extra® is available in both Satin Line (Micro Rib) and Flat profiles finishes. Factory mitred corners are available on request, and the secret fix joint allows for both vertical and horizontal installation. A higher density core provides up to 2 hours fire performance and increased sound reduction, whilst strengthening the panel to improve spanning capabilities.
