Internal composite wall & ceiling panel solution

The Firemaster^™ panel system comprises of three types of internal wall cladding panels and a ceiling panel. As with all our composite cladding panel systems, at its core, is a non combustible structural mineral wool insulant which guarantees the highest level of performance in both LPCB and Factory Mutual, insurance based fire tests.

Firemaster^™ is ideally suited to the construction of non-loadbearing internal partition walls that require a tested fire resistance in order to perform as firewalls or compartmentation walls.

As well as superior fire performance, there are other significant benefits:

From 'cradle to cradle', Firemaster^™ has a carbon footprint which is two thirds that of competitor plastic foam cored composite panels with a polyisocyanurate (PIR) core. At end of life both the steel facings and insulation can be recycled into virgin product, with no appreciable loss of material, or any need to deal with harmful blowing agents.

The Firemaster^™ panel system has been developed as a 'total internal wall' solution and is designed to be integrated with Eurobond's Firemaster^™ doors and other products in the Eurobond range.

Also, all wall and ceiling panels are insulated and sealed and are available with hygienic and foodsafe coatings, making them ideal for food storage and processing applications.

Firemaster™ Wall Lite

This gives the optimum balance between fire performance, cost and weight. Designed specifically as a more practical, contractor-friendly solution. Firemaster^™ Wall Lite is easy to handle and install.The ideal choice when fire resistance is required in an internal lining, wall or partition.

Firemaster™ Wall Extra

Firemaster^™ Wall Extra is the product of extensive research and development and is a class leading fire-rated composite wall panel designed for internal use. Firemaster^™ Wall Extra has been developed with durability, structural and fire performance in mind and has been thoroughly tested and is proven in a wide range of structural and fire applications.

Firemaster™ Wall Ultima

This is the result of an extensive long term design project between Eurobond and Rockwool. Firemaster^™ Wall Ultima has been developed to provide compartmentation for high risk areas where up to 4 hours fire resistance (integrity & insulation) are required to ensure life safety and business continuity.

Firemaster™ Ceiling

Firemaster^™ Ceiling is a class leading fire-rated ceiling panel suitable for both walk-on and non-walk-on use. Firemaster^™ Ceiling has tested fire and structural performance and has demonstrated its suitability in a wide range of applications and is fully compatible with Firemaster^™ internal wall cladding panels.
